Since the Belmont Abbey Motorsports Program was created in 2007, many students have gone on great things in the industry. Whether in the office, on the track, or in the meeting room, the success of the America's first business only motorsports program continues to show. With the guidance of great teachers, guest speakers, field trips, volunteer opportunities, and internships what was once seen as a "who you know" industry has been made a bit easier to break into. In particular these students have gone on to the scene and made a serious impact.

Anna Donaldson

Anna Donaldson's time at the Abbey was not only spent working hard in the classroom but also as a goalkeeper of the Abbey Women's Soccer Team. Anna lead her team to the Conference Carolinas Championship in 2009, and a runner-up in 2010. Anna is now currently working as a part of the public-relations team at Michael Waltrip Racing in Cornelius, North Carolina.

Daniel Guffey

Daniel Guffey continues to make quite a name for himself even with short time he spent at the Abbey. After doing internships with multiple companies including Jeff Gordon, Inc, Guffey who only attended the Abbey his junior and senior year, Graduated Summa Cum Laude and was the recipient of the Business Achievement Award. He still continues to work with Jeff Gordon, Inc. and oversee all of Jeff’s online motorsport presences.

Justin Cockerham

Justin grew up in the heart of race city USA Mooresville, North Carolina. During his time at the Abbey, he did multiple internships with the likes of TRG Motorsports, Breaking Limits, and Charlotte Motor Speedway. The 2010 graduate is now currently working full time at the Charlotte Motor Speedway.
